FUTURE FUND

KEEP MUSIC FLOWING IN OUR COMMUNITY

Your generosity helps us provide need-based tuition assistance through MUSIC FOR ALL and increases educational opportunities with our EXPANSION and RECORDING ARTS INITIATIVE–a new facility offering lifelong creative and workplace skills to our students.

MUSIC FOR ALL

We continue to meet South Bend's growing need for music education. In 2025, we served 27 students with need-based tuition assistance through MUSIC FOR ALL.

MUSIC FOR ALL ensures all students have access to a quality music education despite barriers created by socio-economic backgrounds beyond their influence and control.

EXPANSION and

RECORDING ARTS INITIATIVE

The EXPANSION and RECORDING ARTS INITIATIVE will provide a much-needed increase in capacity for our 500+ students. This expansion includes our RECORDING ARTS INITIATIVE and will provide students with increased learning opportunities, including large rehearsal spaces, soundrooms for lessons, and recording arts programming that applies to a wide variety of industries. This 4,000+ square-foot educational facility will feature 9 rooms/areas providing education in recording, audio engineering, and offer artists the tools to refine their craft and artistic expression.

We know that the arts and learning in a structured program prepare students for success. Participation in music supports healthy social development and increases the quality of a person's life. Music education offers expression, discipline, increased self-awareness, teaches culture, and prepares students for lifelong learning. It also teaches the ability to accept and positively react to coaching in adulthood and, equally important, in professional situations.
